Methacrylate Adhesives Many of today's product designs combine conventional materials such as steel, aluminum, FRP, and wood with high-tech plastics, composites, alloys, and blends. Rudolph Bros. & Co. line of structural Methacrylate adhesives are specifically formulated to produce durable, high-performance bonds over a wide range of varied substrates including today's most advanced difficult-to-bond plastics. All of our Methacrylate adhesives provide excellent durability and resistance to moisture and solvents.
Most of our two-component Methacrylate adhesives are combined in either 1:1 or 10:1 ratios, allowing them to be mixed and dispensed using hand-held cartridge dispensers or meter-mix and dispense equipment. Rudolph Bros. & Co. Methacrylate adhesives can be used without surface preparation; no sanding, grinding, or other processes. Because they require no primers, our adhesives obviate the need for solvents, as well as the environmental concerns associated with their use. By eliminating primers and surface preparation, our Methacrylate adhesives dramatically reduce application and overall production times. All of our Methacrylate adhesives cure at room temperature which helps streamline your process, shortening assembly times and eliminating production processes and equipment
